4MUS is part of a worldwide movement inviting men and women into extraordinary, life-changing adventures.
We are part of an international movement of 4M organizations in 25 countries founded in the Netherlands in 2008. The US branch was founded in 2012, focusing on the Xtreme Character Challenge (XCC) for men. Over the years, God has led us to expand our programming to reach the entire family.
Our mission is inspiration for every man and woman’s heart and waves of transformation worldwide. Experiences like the Xtreme Character Challenge, ARISE, and Family Challenges awaken hearts and help participants hit the reset button on their priorities while events like our Leadership Challenges create transformation and empower leaders.
Here’s how your wake-up call begins.
1. Register for an Adventure
For most people, we recommend starting with the XCC or ARISE Challenge as a foundation. If you have questions, let us know!
2. Prepare for the Journey
Physical preparation is essential! Also, carefully review the pack list and make sure you have adequate gear.
3. Experience Transformation
You will leave your comfort zone, but you’ll also overcome incredible challenges and find the courage to face your giants and reset your priorities in life.

4MUS is the adventure branch of All4One Ministries. Together with our sport branch, SportQuest, we invite families into inspiring activities, authentic community, and intentional opportunities to discover Jesus and God’s good plan for their lives.
4MUS serves adults, and their families as well, through life-changing outdoor adventures that awaken hearts, bring clarity to their purpose in life, and strengthen family relationships.
SportQuest serves youth, and their families by extension, through a global movement of sports ministry leaders who help them discover a biblical worldview and the love of Christ.
